The First Consultation
I'll come to you at no charge, and I'll spend as much time as needed to get a real feel for your garden, your ideas, and what you're hoping to achieve. What do you love about your outdoor space? What frustrates you about it? What do you want it to look and feel like? That initial conversation shapes everything that follows, so there's no rushing it.
Concept Plans and 3D Videos
Within 20 working days of the first visit, I'll have developed a couple of different design concepts for your garden, each accompanied by a 3D walkthrough video. Rather than trying to picture something from a flat drawing, you'll be able to see how the finished garden would actually look and feel. I'll meet with you to talk through the options, answer any questions, and help you settle on a direction. This stage is invoiced at $490 at that meeting.
Some clients choose to take a concept they love and work from it themselves, and that's a completely reasonable way to go about it.
The Master Plan
For clients who want to go further, I'll develop the chosen concept into a full master plan, including drawings, another 3D walkthrough video, and a complete plant list for the finished garden. This takes another 20 working days, after which I'll meet with you again to present the plan and make sure everything is right. This stage is also $490.
Again, some clients take the master plan and plant list and handle the rest themselves, and others want help making it happen.
Project Management
If you'd like me to coordinate everything through to a finished garden, I can organise the contractors, source and order the plants, get them to site, and oversee the planting. This service is charged at $80 per hour, and it means the whole project is taken care of without you having to manage the moving parts yourself.
If you're not sure which level of service suits your project, I'm happy to talk it through before you commit to anything.
