Every garden in this portfolio started with a conversation. A client with an idea, a section with potential, and a process that turned one into the other. This garden was created for the client to remember someone special to her. A place to sit and also to spend time with friends.
We worked around 2 established trees to create a feeling that it had been there a while. It was Italian inspired. High Country Earthworks prepared the site and Rick Rock Walls built the surrounding rock walls. Aoraki Landscaping did the garden beds and steps. It was great to have everyone pull together to create my design and make such a lovely area. I am sure there will be many happy times here in this courtyard and maybe a few wines!
